Spandau Ballet at Doncaster Racecourse

Another birthday present for Julie. This time from Gemma; tickets to see one of Julie's favourite groups Spandau Ballet at Doncaster Racecourse. We spent the afternoon watching seven races then were treated to a great show. So nice that the weather held out for us as it was a warm and sunny evening.

I must admit to finding some decent beer in the food hall - Theakstons had a bar here but since it was Julie's day The mobile Prosessco bar was serving some nice Rossinis.

We had a great view thanks to a little foresight on our behalf - we did have to pay an extra £5 to stand in the old Stand; this gave us a much better view.
